Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C6orf52 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,814 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C6orf52-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBB3, SMPDL3A, and TDRD6. Each is linked with C6orf52 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C6orf52-to-partner and partner-to-C6orf52 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C6orf52 versus CRYBB3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C6orf52→partner) and Y-score (partner→C6orf52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
