C6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C6-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Cyclin-B1, and MIG-6. Each is linked with C6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C6-to-partner and partner-to-C6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by C6-low versus C6-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C6→partner) and Y-score (partner→C6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
