C6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 180 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C6-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf146, MT1HL1, and PFN3. Each is linked with C6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C6-to-partner and partner-to-C6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1orf146 grouped by C6-low versus C6-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C6→partner) and Y-score (partner→C6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
