The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher C5orf38 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C5orf38 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LIHC, and LUAD are the cancer types where C5orf38 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
