Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C5orf38 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,325 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C5orf38-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTATP6P30, LAMTOR1, and FADS1. Each is linked with C5orf38 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C5orf38-to-partner and partner-to-C5orf38 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C5orf38→partner) and Y-score (partner→C5orf38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
