C5AR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C5AR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,380 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C5AR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINA7, AZGP1, and CDA. Each is linked with C5AR2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C5AR2-to-partner and partner-to-C5AR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C5AR2 versus SERPINA7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C5AR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→C5AR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
