C5AR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C5AR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,655 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C5AR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP34, EME1, and ENTR1. Each is linked with C5AR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C5AR2-to-partner and partner-to-C5AR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP34 grouped by C5AR2-low versus C5AR2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C5AR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→C5AR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
