C5AR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C5AR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C5AR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACER1, WDR87, and GML. Each is linked with C5AR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C5AR2-to-partner and partner-to-C5AR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACER1 grouped by C5AR2-low versus C5AR2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C5AR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→C5AR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
