C5AR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C5AR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,118 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C5AR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBTFL2, RNA5SP412, and LINC01997. Each is linked with C5AR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C5AR1-to-partner and partner-to-C5AR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C5AR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→C5AR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
