C5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 448 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C5-associated genes across cancer lineages are C19orf44, FAM149A, and SLC25A35. Each is linked with C5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C5-to-partner and partner-to-C5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C19orf44 grouped by C5-low versus C5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C5→partner) and Y-score (partner→C5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
