Across TCGA patient cohorts, C4orf17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,014 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C4orf17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic microtubule organization, Tissue regeneration, and Pigment biosynthetic process. Each is linked with C4orf17 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C4orf17-to-partner and partner-to-C4orf17 results are reported.
