C4orf17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C4orf17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 709 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C4orf17-associated genes across cancer lineages are MLLT10P2, SEPTIN14P1, and NOP10. Each is linked with C4orf17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C4orf17-to-partner and partner-to-C4orf17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MLLT10P2 grouped by C4orf17-low versus C4orf17-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C4orf17→partner) and Y-score (partner→C4orf17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
