Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, C4orf17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C4orf17-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC172, C1orf87, and OR1M1. Each is linked with C4orf17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C4orf17-to-partner and partner-to-C4orf17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC172 grouped by C4orf17-low versus C4orf17-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C4orf17→partner) and Y-score (partner→C4orf17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
