Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, C3orf84 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C3orf84-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPEF2, RYR1, and SPIRE2. Each is linked with C3orf84 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C3orf84-to-partner and partner-to-C3orf84 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPEF2 grouped by C3orf84-low versus C3orf84-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C3orf84→partner) and Y-score (partner→C3orf84) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
