C3orf22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C3orf22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,011 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C3orf22-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Internal protein amino acid acetylation, Inner mitochondrial membrane organization, and Obsolete histone modification. Each is linked with C3orf22 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C3orf22-to-partner and partner-to-C3orf22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Internal protein amino acid acetylation grouped by C3orf22-low versus C3orf22-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C3orf22→partner) and Y-score (partner→C3orf22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
