Across TCGA cell cohorts, C3orf22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 903 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C3orf22-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of neuron differentiation, Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion, and Response to silicon dioxide. Each is linked with C3orf22 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C3orf22-to-partner and partner-to-C3orf22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of neuron differentiation grouped by C3orf22-low versus C3orf22-high in CNS.
