Across TCGA patient cohorts, C2orf66 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,151 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C2orf66-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay, Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, and Nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening. Each is linked with C2orf66 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C2orf66-to-partner and partner-to-C2orf66 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
