The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher C2orf49 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C2orf49 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
STAD, PRAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where C2orf49 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
