Across TCGA cell cohorts, C2orf15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,525 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C2orf15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Collagen fibril organization, Establishment of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity, and Establishment of apical/basal cell polarity. Each is linked with C2orf15 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C2orf15-to-partner and partner-to-C2orf15 results are reported.
