Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C2CD6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated C2CD6 data layer compared with 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher C2CD6 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C2CD6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and HNSC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUAD, and UVM are the cancer types where C2CD6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
