C22orf39

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C22orf39 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,845 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C22orf39-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure, and DNA replication-dependent chromatin assembly. Each is linked with C22orf39 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C22orf39-to-partner and partner-to-C22orf39 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure grouped by C22orf39-low versus C22orf39-high in KIDNEY.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C22orf39→partner) and Y-score (partner→C22orf39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
