C22orf23

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C22orf23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,998 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C22orf23-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to starvation, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with C22orf23 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C22orf23-to-partner and partner-to-C22orf23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to starvation grouped by C22orf23-low versus C22orf23-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C22orf23→partner) and Y-score (partner→C22orf23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
