Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C20orf27 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C20orf27 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher C20orf27 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C20orf27 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and LSCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, PDAC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where C20orf27 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
