Across TCGA patient cohorts, C20orf141 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,059 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C20orf141-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of interleukin-10 production, Positive regulation of T cell mediated immunity, and Positive regulation of type 2 immune response. Each is linked with C20orf141 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C20orf141-to-partner and partner-to-C20orf141 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of interleukin-10 production grouped by C20orf141-low versus C20orf141-high in BLCA.
