Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 179 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP93, CTU2, and ZBTB8OS. Each is linked with C2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C2-to-partner and partner-to-C2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP93 grouped by C2-low versus C2-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C2→partner) and Y-score (partner→C2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
