The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher C1orf50 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C1orf50 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV and SKCM are the cancer types where C1orf50 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
