Across TCGA cell cohorts, C1orf50 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,739 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1orf50-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RISC complex assembly, Regulation of macroautophagy, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with C1orf50 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1orf50-to-partner and partner-to-C1orf50 results are reported.
