Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1orf158 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 892 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C1orf158-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAH7, CNGA4, and TTC29. Each is linked with C1orf158 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1orf158-to-partner and partner-to-C1orf158 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C1orf158 versus DNAH7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1orf158→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1orf158) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
