Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C1orf115 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C1orf115 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher C1orf115 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C1orf115 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC and COAD are the cancer types where C1orf115 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
