Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C1QTNF9 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated C1QTNF9 data layer compared with 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher C1QTNF9 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C1QTNF9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and LUAD show a favorable association.

UVM, BRCA, and LUAD are the cancer types where C1QTNF9 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
