The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher C1QTNF9 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C1QTNF9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LUSC, and CHOL are the cancer types where C1QTNF9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
