C1QTNF6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C1QTNF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,558 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1QTNF6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell activation, Plasma membrane organization, and Regulation of pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with C1QTNF6 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QTNF6-to-partner and partner-to-C1QTNF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell activation grouped by C1QTNF6-low versus C1QTNF6-high in CNS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1QTNF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1QTNF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
