C1QTNF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1QTNF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,064 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1QTNF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THBS2, ANTXR1, and PALLD. Each is linked with C1QTNF3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QTNF3-to-partner and partner-to-C1QTNF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C1QTNF3 versus THBS2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1QTNF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1QTNF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
