Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C1QTNF3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated C1QTNF3 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher C1QTNF3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C1QTNF3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and LAML show a favorable association.
KICH, ACC, and OV are the cancer types where C1QTNF3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
