Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C1QTNF3-AMACR RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated C1QTNF3-AMACR data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher C1QTNF3-AMACR RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C1QTNF3-AMACR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and HNSC show a favorable association.
LUAD, HNSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where C1QTNF3-AMACR RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
