Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C1QTNF12 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated C1QTNF12 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher C1QTNF12 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C1QTNF12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and THYM show a favorable association.

ACC, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where C1QTNF12 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
