Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C1QTNF12 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C1QTNF12 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher C1QTNF12 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C1QTNF12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, PRAD, and SCLC are the cancer types where C1QTNF12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
