C1QL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1QL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1QL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-33P, LINC01516, and GUSBP17. Each is linked with C1QL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QL2-to-partner and partner-to-C1QL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-33P grouped by C1QL2-low versus C1QL2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1QL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1QL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
