Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C1QL1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C1QL1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher C1QL1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C1QL1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, STAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where C1QL1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
