Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1QL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,886 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1QL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAV1_S90, ARL3, and DBN1. Each is linked with C1QL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QL1-to-partner and partner-to-C1QL1 results are reported.
