C1QL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1QL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1QL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP16, SNORD116-11, and RNU6-225P. Each is linked with C1QL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QL1-to-partner and partner-to-C1QL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP16 grouped by C1QL1-low versus C1QL1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1QL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1QL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
