Across TCGA cell cohorts, C1QL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,595 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1QL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell division, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and ATP metabolic process. Each is linked with C1QL1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QL1-to-partner and partner-to-C1QL1 results are reported.
