C1QL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C1QL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1QL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BANF2, REG3G, and PPDPFL. Each is linked with C1QL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QL1-to-partner and partner-to-C1QL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BANF2 grouped by C1QL1-low versus C1QL1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1QL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1QL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
