Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1QB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 842 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C1QB-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDIT3, CALM2P4, and KRT18P43. Each is linked with C1QB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QB-to-partner and partner-to-C1QB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DDIT3 grouped by C1QB-low versus C1QB-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1QB→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1QB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
