Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C1QA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C1QA data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher C1QA Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C1QA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and CESC are the cancer types where C1QA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
