C19orf48

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C19orf48 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,360 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C19orf48-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication checkpoint signaling, DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication, and Leading strand elongation. Each is linked with C19orf48 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C19orf48-to-partner and partner-to-C19orf48 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA replication checkpoint signaling grouped by C19orf48-low versus C19orf48-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C19orf48→partner) and Y-score (partner→C19orf48) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
