C19orf47

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C19orf47 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,374 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C19orf47-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKT2, HCFC1, and SUPT5H. Each is linked with C19orf47 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C19orf47-to-partner and partner-to-C19orf47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C19orf47 versus AKT2 in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C19orf47→partner) and Y-score (partner→C19orf47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
