C19orf47

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C19orf47 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,912 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C19orf47-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, and Spliceosomal snRNP assembly. Each is linked with C19orf47 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C19orf47-to-partner and partner-to-C19orf47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication grouped by C19orf47-low versus C19orf47-high in SKIN.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C19orf47→partner) and Y-score (partner→C19orf47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
