Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C19orf44 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated C19orf44 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher C19orf44 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C19orf44 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and HNSC show a favorable association.

LGG, KIRC, and HNSC are the cancer types where C19orf44 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
