C19orf18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C19orf18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,891 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C19orf18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NRBF2, ILF3, and LMNB2. Each is linked with C19orf18 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C19orf18-to-partner and partner-to-C19orf18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C19orf18 versus NRBF2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C19orf18→partner) and Y-score (partner→C19orf18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
